Stretch & Relax

The Wellness Workout. Relieve tensions, restore muscles to their usual shape, promote blood circulation and relax and unwind in a restful way – that’s what we call stretching. The stretching program tackles everyday complaints such as back or neck pain and other, often stress-related tensions. Stretch and relax promotes mobility and helps your poise and physical well-being.

Pilates

Full-body workout to strengthen your musculature, primarily the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles.

Back-Pilates

Active, Pilates-based back-focused workout.

Backfit

A workout designed to strengthen the spinal musculature, prevent postural damage, relieve the intervertebral discs and alleviate back pain.

Piloxing

Piloxing Barre

A workout using the same fundamental disciplines as Piloxing and is carried out at a ballet barre.

Smovey

Smovey is recommended to combat a variety of diseases including neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, depression, burnout and musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, rheumatism, diabetes, osteoporosis, shoulder and neck tension as well as back problems. Smovey rings contain four metal balls. Swinging the rings creates a resistance which is dynamically adjusted to your strength and condition. The oscillating motion of the rings causes the metal balls to move, creating a frequency of about 60 hertz, which spreads over the palm of the hands throughout the body. The 60Hz vibrations are very natural, since they correspond to our heartbeat’s pattern that we have experienced since our earliest development in our mother’s womb. Smovey rings train strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina for the entire body. During a workout with Smovey rings, 97% of the body’s muscles are activated. Fatburner

A workout for beginners with a high fun factor. Promotes fat burn and increases your stamina.

Bodywork

Bodywork has the same goal as Legs, Bums and Tums, but utilises a stepper to spice up the workout!

Bodyshaping

A great alternative to the traditional legs, bums and tums workout with an intense training for the entire upper body (back, chest, biceps, triceps, …) using dumbbells, TheraBands and tubes. The motto of this workout is: “Shape your body and feel happy!”

deepWORK

The deepWORK motion sequences are designed in a way that you are always in a state between tension and relaxation and are engaged with a set of breathing exercises. The phases of deepWORK training are structured after the five elements: Earth, water, fire, metal and wood.

Sixpack

Well-trained abdominal muscles are not only nice to look at but are also essential for relieving the back and having an upright posture.

Dance

A course that will teach you the latest choreographies and elements of dancing. A recommended workout for all the aerobic and dance enthusiasts who want to explore the diverse world of dance.

Zumba

Zumba is perfect for those of you who want to “dance away” stress and excess pounds whilst having a lot of fun. Tone your body and increase your stamina, with the help of hot, passionate music.

Spinning

This indoor cycling course is the perfect combination of weight loss and conditioning. Exertion and relaxation merge into a highly effective workout. The resistance can be individually adjusted, making this a great workout for all levels of fitness.

Fascia roll

During Fascia roll training, pressure is applied in order to free up your fascia and increase blood circulation.
