We subdivide our Group-Fitness units into: Strengthening, Agility, Weight Loss, Dance, Mind & Body

Weight-Loss

Fatburner

A workout for beginners with a high fun factor. Promotes fat burn and increases your stamina.

Bodyshaping

An intensive training for the entire upper body, with the help of dumbbells, Terrabändern and Tubes. Here is the motto: "Shape your body and feel happy!

Piloxing

With dancing, boxing and Pilates to the dream body.

Strengthening

A.B.T. - Abs Buttom Thighs

Stomach - legs - butt. Short warm-up, cardiovascular exercises and then get to the problem areas!

Six-Pack

Well-trained abdominal muscles are not only nice to look at but are also essential for relieving the back and having an upright posture.

Bodywork

Has the same goal as abdomen, leg, butt, but all training is done with Step.

deepWORK

The deepWORK motion sequences are designed in a way that you are always in a state between tension and relaxation and are engaged with a set of breathing exercises. The phases of deepWORK training are structured after the five elements: Earth, water, fire, metal and wood.

Total Body

Strengthening for the entire body.

Spinning

This special type of cycling exercise affects the entire musculature.

Yoga

The perfect alternative to harmonize body and mind and improve your mobility.

Yoga & Stretch

Yoga combined with gentle stretching to relieve tension and promote blood circulation in the muscles.

Yin Yoga

Is a supplement to most yoga types.

Hatha Yoga

Here you change between tension and relaxation.

Dynamic Core

Also called Power Yoga. A mix of yoga and dynamic workout.

Smovey

Through the 4 steel balls in the interior of the rings, vibrations are triggered, which provide relaxation, harmony and balance in the body.

Pilates

Full body workout to strengthen the muscles.

Back-Pilates

Active Pilates-based backstroke.

Backfit

Strengthens the spinal musculature to prevent postural damage. Relief of the intervertebral discs.

Patricia has completed her sports science degree and has been an aerobics trainer since 1994. She has qualifications in Step, Pumping and Workout. Additionally, she is also Hip-Hop, Zumba and Dance instructor, as well as Piloxing instructor since 2013.

Raiza is from Cuba and has been a professional dancer for 23 years and since 2013 a certified Zumba instructor.

Eva Pudill

She has 2011 a Bikram Yoga training in Los Angeles, 2013 a Pilates training in Vienna, 2014 a Samyak Ashtanga Yoga training in Upper Bagsu Dharamsala North INDIA, 2015 a further training of the Yoga Academy Austria “Yoga for pregnant women” in Seekirchen am Wallersee Salzburg and 2016 Patthabi Jois Ashtanga Institute graduated in India.

Johanna Mucha

Johanna Mucha

is a dancer, musical actress, singer and trainer.

Since childhood she has been on stage in various ballet and musical productions. She played u. a. the role of Hodel in “Anatevka” and showed herself as a dancer in “Seussical – The Musical”. She also appeared in the Disney musicals “Camp Rock”, “Alice in Wonderland” (as a caterpillar and the narrative Grinsekatze) and “Aladdin” (in the role carpet).

Annually she is seen on some stages as an actress, dancer or singer.

Josephine Kindl

Josephine Kindl

is a musical actress, dancer and trainer.

Josephine moved to Vienna in 2009 to begin an apprenticeship as a musical actress. In 2015 she passed the exam with diploma in the Viennese Raimund Theater.

Since then she has been seen in plays such as, Jekyll & Hyde, La Cage aux Folles, she was on tour with Grease’s tour production and currently works as an ensemble in La Mancha ‘at the Volksoper in Vienna.

Laura is a native Mexican and has turned her hobby into a profession.
